By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

Accounts are for users age 18 or older. By creating an account you confirm you are at least 18 and that the information you provide is accurate.

Sunrise provides directory information and search tools for pediatric therapy and related developmental-support providers in Georgia. Search filters, sorting and directory results are not medical recommendations, referrals, endorsements or guarantees. You do not need an account to search the directory; an account is used for features such as saving providers and managing your preferences.

Sunrise is not a healthcare provider, medical practice, therapy practice or insurance company. We do not diagnose conditions, recommend treatment, determine medical necessity, manage care or select providers for you. Using the Platform does not create a provider-patient, clinical or professional relationship with Sunrise.

A listing does not mean Sunrise endorses, employs, supervises, recommends or guarantees a provider. Sunrise does not certify a provider’s credentials, licensing, qualifications, quality of care or suitability for a particular child.

Listing information may be supplied by providers or compiled from publicly available business sources, and it can change at any time. Sunrise does not guarantee that listing information is complete, current or free of error. You are responsible for independently verifying provider information before making decisions.

Families contact providers directly using the contact details shown on a listing, and are responsible for confirming availability, insurance participation, licensing, credentials, services, pricing and suitability, and for choosing whether to work with any provider.

Providers are independent businesses or professionals and are solely responsible for their own services, clinical care, conduct, staff, credentials, licenses, insurance participation, availability, pricing, communications, records and legal compliance. Providers are responsible for keeping their listing information accurate and for confirming availability when asked.

Insurance information is informational only and does not guarantee coverage, network participation, authorization, reimbursement or payment. “Accepting new patients” reflects information supplied or confirmed by the provider and may change at any time. Confirm coverage and availability with the provider and your insurance company.

Sunrise is not an emergency service. In an emergency, call 911 or your local emergency service, or go to the nearest emergency room.

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent or misleading purposes
• Submit false, impersonating or unauthorized listing or account information
• Submit medical records, detailed diagnoses, treatment records, insurance member numbers or other sensitive health information through the Platform
• Scrape, harvest, resell or bulk-copy directory content, or attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorized access to the Platform
• Post harassing, defamatory, infringing or unsafe content

We may correct, restrict, suspend, remove or refuse an account or listing that is inaccurate, misleading, unlawful, unsafe, fraudulent or in violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Platform or request account deletion at any time as described in the Privacy Policy.

Provider subscriptions purchase access to directory profile features only. They do not guarantee leads, contacts, inquiries, patients, search placement, revenue or business results. Subscription terms, cancellation and billing details are described in the provider materials and Provider Agreement. Internal account, subscription and administrative designations are not published on public listings.

The Sunrise name, logo, site design, text, search tools and compiled directory content are owned by Sunrise or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without permission. Providers retain rights in the content they submit and grant Sunrise permission to display it on the Platform and in related listings.

The Platform links to provider websites and relies on third-party service providers. Sunrise does not control and is not responsible for third-party websites, services, content or practices.

The Platform and its content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sunrise is not liable for the acts, omissions, services, advice, treatment, communications or outcomes of any provider, or for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for lost profits or lost business, arising out of your use of the Platform.

You agree to indemnify and hold Sunrise harmless from claims, losses and reasonable expenses arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Platform, or — for providers — the services you deliver and the listing information you supply.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Georgia.

We may update these Terms as the Platform develops or legal requirements change. When we make material changes, we will post the updated Terms here and change the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Platform means you accept the updated Terms.
